Webinar series on the HCCH Children’s Conventions

Categoría de cursosTraining

This workshop/webinar series explores the HCCH Children’s Conventions, international instruments designed to safeguard children in cross-border situations. With increasing global mobility, children face risks of trafficking, exploitation, abduction, and loss of parental contact, as well as challenges linked to custody, relocation, and displacement.

Through the study of the 1980, 1993, 1996, and 2007 Conventions, participants will gain a clear understanding of how these frameworks promote cooperation between States, ensure access to justice, and strengthen child protection across borders. This series is tailored for professionals in Attorneys General’s offices and child protection authorities across the Caribbean
