This course is designed to provide training for Law Enforcement Officers on the legislation, procedures, and protocols when working alongside licensed Bailiffs. The cohesive efforts of both police officers detailed and bailiffs, in the execution of the bailiff’s duties, are imperative for the upholding of the law and to ensure that protocol is followed. Learners will examine the roles and functions of Law Enforcement Officers and Bailiffs as they execute their duties within the context of different scenarios. Three distinct areas will be covered within this course: Legislation, Procedures, and Protocols; Police Skills and Behavioral Science.
