This course is designed to equip junior non-commissioned officers with the knowledge and relevant skills needed to efficiently and effectively detect investigate and prosecute matters in contravention of respective Fisheries’ Act and Regulations. Thus, providing the Monitoring, Control and Surveillance insight as define by Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) and as implemented by fishing agencies and departments inclusive of law enforcement.
