Leadership and Supervisory Management Workshop
The Leadership and Supervisory Management Skills Workshop is an intensive two-day leadership and management training session. The occasion caters to a highly interactive workshop, designed for new supervisors who want to grow their management skills quickly—and get on the fast track to achieving leadership success. This comprehensive leadership training seminar will cover the proven management techniques together with providing powerful strategies and proven skills that participants would need to become a stronger, more confident and respected leader.
This workshop covers key areas such as Conflict resolution, Problem Solving, Team Building, Management & leadership, The Multiple faces of Leadership, amongst other pertinent areas
The Management training tends to cover more operational, administrative topics, while leadership training builds interpersonal strengths and emotional intelligence
Participants will be given several activities to support learning.
At the end of this workshop, participants should be able to:
1. Identify the 5 P’s associated with proactive Leadership
2. Identify 5 Dysfunctions of a Team
3. Explain the concepts related to Understanding oneself and others
4. List 10 Motivating Team ideals associated with restoring and building energy and commitment
5. List the 4 approaches to Leadership
6. Compare between several leadership styles
7. Discover their leadership style and capabilities, by participating in the filling out of a Leadership Survey Questioner.
8. Categorize varied Leadership Styles and Approaches by viewing a brief Biography/ Autobiography of several famous world leaders
9. Name several Strategies for managing conflict
