To present participants with the INCB global operational responses that support national authorities to counter trafficking in NPS, synthetic opioids and precursor chemicals. The seminar will cover INCB practical approaches that activate international and inter-agency cooperation and a demonstration of the Intelligence Sharing Platform IONICS. This course is intended for government law and regulatory enforcement officials from the Caribbean and Latin America to increase their intelligence exchange, awareness raising and interdiction and risk mitigation capacity to effectively respond to the threats posed by dangerous substances that are not under international control.
