Regional Hybrid Workshop for the Caribbean Region | 25-28 May 2026

The Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course provides officers with the core skills to collect, evaluate, and interpret information for informed decision-making. It introduces structured analytical techniques, critical thinking, and the transformation of raw data into actionable intelligence, strengthening operational effectiveness and strategic insight.

This training is designed to sensitise participants about the tools and techniques required to provide impactful assistance and support to victims of crime.

Procedural justice focuses on the fairness of the processes used by authorities to make decisions. This lecture introduces its four key principles: voice, neutrality, respect and trustworthiness as well as explain how they influence people’s perceptions of fairness. It highlights how fair procedures can build trust, legitimacy and cooperation even when outcomes are unfavorable. Through examples, students will explore the importance of fair treatment in legal, organizational, and social settings.

Description / Topics: A one-day workshop which introduces participants to the common principles and concepts used by the Law Enforcement Officers in Crime Scene sketching and measurements. Participants will be introduced to the theoretical concepts in drawing and reading measurements.
