A GPS tracking unit is a device that uses the Global Positioning System to determine the precise location of a vehicle, person, or other asset to which it is attached and to record the position of the asset at regular intervals.

This workshop/webinar series explores the HCCH Children’s Conventions, international instruments designed to safeguard children in cross-border situations. With increasing global mobility, children face risks of trafficking, exploitation, abduction, and loss of parental contact, as well as challenges linked to custody, relocation, and displacement.
Through the study of the 1980, 1993, 1996, and 2007 Conventions, participants will gain a clear understanding of how these frameworks promote cooperation between States, ensure access to justice, and strengthen child protection across borders. This series is tailored for professionals in Attorneys General’s offices and child protection authorities across the Caribbean
