This Webinar Series on the HCCH Children’s Conventions addresses the urgent need to protect children in cross-border situations arising from international mobility, displacement, conflict, natural disasters, and transnational family disputes. Children, who make up half of the world’s migrant population, are particularly vulnerable to trafficking, exploitation, abduction, loss of parental contact, and the need for alternative care.
