This Course is designed to train a cadre of Prosecutors with the knowledge, skills and prosecution techniques essential to the successful and professional prosecution of drug and money laundering related offences. It’s also aimed at providing Prosecutors with the basic background to enable them to competently operate within the court system where defendants are usually represented by trained Lawyers.

The Case Management and Trial Preparation training is a 2-day workshop focusing on case management and trial preparation. The workshop will be followed by 2 days of follow-up training/meetings with participants of the live and Web-based workshop.
